Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Responsibilities may vary based on position and licensure.

Provide quality resident care in accordance with nursing standards, physician orders, and individualized care plans.
Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to the plan of care and facility policies.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report and respond to clinical changes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, safe, and compassionate care.
Follow all infection control, safety, and nursing protocols.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse:

A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Florida.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
