Quentin Family Medicine, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, is searching for a full-time advanced practice provider (NPs and PAs will be considered) to join our team!

The Quentin team is currently comprised of 3 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. Quentin is located within the LGH Lebanon multi-specialty center comprised of family medicine, urgent care, lab services, imaging services inclusive of mammography, CT, MRI, and ultrasound, Cardiology, Behavioral Health, Neurology, Thoracic Surgery, Neuroscience Institute, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, as well as Diabetes and Endocrinology

All new to practice APPs will be able to take advantage of our unique, 6-month APP Onboarding Program - a combination of didactic and practical training to set providers up for success in practice. 

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. 
  • Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. 
  • Monitors lab results, medication adherence, and medication toxicities. 
  • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. 
  • Explain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient. 
  • Coordinate work with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other health care providers. 
  • Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP) 
  • Valid, unrestricted Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number 
  • Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party-payment programs, including managed care programs in which LGMG participates.

Position Description Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Physicians – Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient Behavioral Health practice. This full-time position provides diagnostic evaluation and medication management follow up visits for patients with psychiatric illness. The aim is to provide time limited interventions to optimize the psychiatric medication plan, reduce symptoms with the goal of transition of care to return the patient to primary care for long term management of chronic conditions. This position would be at one of our two primary locations, LGHP BH practice 802 New Holland Avenue or Suburban Outpatient Pavilion on Harrisburg Pike, reporting to the managing physician Dr. Taylor. The PMHNP would participate in our structured APP onboarding and mentorship program, which provides two hours of weekly mentorship with a psychiatrist and an hour-long weekly APP clinical collaboration meeting with other APPs, both of which support professional practice and growth. This position may require some travel to satellite offices. Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and this would be the expected schedule during onboarding and for the first 90-120 days. After 90-120 days, this role could be eligible for 4 10 hour days and could be eligible for one day work from home telehealth; this is not guaranteed and could be subject to change based on business needs and potential changes to telehealth reimbursement. Position Requirements Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required. Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania Credentialed by the medical staff in accordance with current policy and procedure. 2 years previous experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred; will consider new graduates. Are you living your life's work? Position Description Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing Outpatient Palliative Oncology Clinic. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with oncology teams to provide comprehensive supportive and palliative care for patients living with cancer. The outpatient palliative oncology clinician focuses on improving quality of life through expert symptom management, advance care planning, goals-of-care discussions, and psychosocial support for patients and their families. The APP will work collaboratively with medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, and inpatient palliative care teams to ensure seamless continuity of care across the cancer journey. The APP will manage symptoms commonly associated with cancer and cancer-directed therapies, including pain, fatigue, nausea, anorexia, dyspnea, anxiety, depression, and other complex physical and emotional concerns. In addition, the APP will facilitate discussions regarding patient values, treatment preferences, and future healthcare planning to ensure care remains aligned with individual goals. This position offers the opportunity to develop longitudinal relationships with patients and families while serving as an integral member of a multidisciplinary oncology care team dedicated to patient-centered, evidence-based care. As part of a highly productive cardiology group consisting of 30 physicians and 28 nurse practitioners, our General Cardiology nurse practitioner team rounds on the inpatient service and sees outpatients in the office setting. Occasional travel to a satellite office may be required. Our nurse practitioners enjoy collaborative practice with a high degree of autonomy. NPs play an important role assisting in rounds, consults, and discharges at the hospital. NPs also see our newly discharged patients in early follow up to ensure that our patients are progressing with their treatment plan. By using our team-based approach to cardiology care, we have enjoyed a historic low in readmission rates. Hours: This position is full-time, primarily dayshift hours. The usual staffing shift is four 10-hour shifts per week. One weekend a quarter rotation either day or night shift. Requires occasional evenings or nights.
