School Registered Nurse (RN) in Milford Center, OH

An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about working with students in an educational setting. This contract position is ideal for candidates skilled in school nursing, particularly those with experience providing dedicated, individualized care. You’ll play a vital role as a 1:1 nurse, supporting a student’s health and well-being throughout the school day.

This position begins as a part-time assignment, requiring availability 1–2 days per week from 8:00 am to 12:15 pm for the months of October through December. Starting in January, the need will expand to 5 days per week, maintaining the same hours, as the student’s requirements and the program continue to develop. Desired skills and qualifications:

This role is responsible for building strong community relationships, identifying hospice-appropriate patients, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a compassionate, seamless transition into hospice services. Key Responsibilities Referral & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, social workers, and other referral partners.
