Job Summary:

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing our weekend shift, ensuring seamless operations, and providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures

  • Develop and implement effective plans of care for our patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and knowledge

  • Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership to develop and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and overall center operations

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a RN, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

  • Ability to work weekends, as scheduled

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Familiarity with medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care a plus
