The Gardens at Millville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA! In this vital role, you’ll provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Available Shifts

  • PRN Only

Qualifications

  • Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania

  • We are also open to graduate nurses awaiting licensure, pending available supervision

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents

  • Perform accurate, thorough, and timely nursing assessments in accordance with department standards

  • Deliver direct and indirect care that promotes each resident’s highest level of functioning and well-being

  • Evaluate residents’ responses to treatment and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed

  • Coordinate and document the discharge planning process, ensuring residents and families understand the ongoing care plan
