Rehab of Kansas City South is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Night Shift. If you’re a compassionate, dependable CNA who takes pride in providing excellent resident care, we want to meet you!

Your Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate daily care to residents

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care

  • Making regular resident rounds and responding to resident needs

  • Taking and reporting resident information as directed

  • Making beds and maintaining clean, safe resident rooms

  • Keeping water pitchers clean, filled, and within residents’ reach

  • Following facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulations

  • Reporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

  • Working as part of the nursing team to provide quality resident care

CNA Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR currently enrolled in a nursing assistant certification program

  • At least 6 months of CNA experience preferred, or clinical experience through a nursing assistant certification program

  • Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care

  • Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members
