Job Summary and Qualifications 

  • Under the general direction of the Director or Manager, coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standard.
  • Full-time, Nights (7P-7A); 3 shifts plus rotating weekends; 70 bed, Level 3B NICU; RNs should thrive on complex critical care, able to stay calm under pressure, love to support families; leadership provides professional and personal growth opportunities.  

What qualifications you will need: 

  • Graduate of school of nursing required. 
  •  Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation 
  • BLS Required. NRP certification to be obtained within first 6 months of employment. 
  • Minimum one (1) year nursing experience required. Previous clinical experience in area of specialty preferred.
