RN Hospice Part-time

Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is looking for a Weekend RN, to provide home health visits in Litchfield County on Saturdays and Sundays, 15 hours, get paid for 20 hours. 8:30am-4:30pm shift. Candidate will also assist with Weekend On-Call duties (4:30pm-8:30am) in the absence of weekend On-Call RN.

Must have current Connecticut RN license in good standing.

Must have home health/hospice experience.

Must have experience with OASIS and HOPE assessments

Knowledge of NetSmart software a plus.
