Always Best Care is looking for Part-Time Home Health Aides / Caregivers to join our team and provide compassionate, non-medical care and support to our clients in their homes.

No prior caregiving experience is required. If you are willing to learn, dependable, and genuinely care about helping others, we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a high school graduate
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Trustworthy and responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and follow client care instructions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on the client's needs and care plan, responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with activities of daily living
Assisting with personal care and hygiene
Helping with mobility and transfers
Meal preparation and assistance with meals
Light housekeeping related to the client's care
Providing medication reminders as directed
Accompanying clients to appointments or activities when needed
Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
Providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable care
