RNs assess patient health, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.Primary Responsibilities Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders. Develop, implement, and update patient care plans. RN- Cardiac Stepdown

Overview The Cardiac Stepdown Unit is staffed by the Registered Nurse (RN) who provides care for a wide variety of patients including heart failure, acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and stable post interventional cardiology procedure patients. The RN cares for post vascular surgery patients as well as those requiring non-invasive ventilators, antiarrhythmic titrated drips, vasoactive cardiac drips, as well as insulin drips.
