Rehabilitation Hospital of Peoria (Peoria, AZ) is a specialized 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the northwest Phoenix metro area. The hospital provides intensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic surgeries. With a focus on individualized therapy plans and measurable outcomes, the clinical team is dedicated to helping patients achieve maximum independence. Situated in the fast-growing Peoria community, the hospital offers a supportive environment.

 

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • One (1) year recent experience in acute care setting preferred

  • Demonstrates awareness of current Infection Control requirements and practices
  • Demonstrates clinical proficiency utilizing policies, procedures, and guidelines

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a registered nurse, provides general nursing care to patients.  Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
