Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

  • Monitor and record residents' vital signs.

  • Provide wound care and basic nursing services.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.

  • Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.

Compensation: 

  • RN: Hourly compensation starting at $38.00 with full benefits, up to $42.00 with no frills 

  • Sign-on Bonus up to $2500

DSD Services teammates will have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer, and will work to quickly leverage these to develop the infrastructure and rapidly grow the new service line.
