As the RN Unit Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

  • Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.

  • Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Assist in training and orientation of new employees.

  • Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.

  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

 

What You Need

  • Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered based on experience. 

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented. 

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

  • This is a salaried/exempt position.
