Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administer medications, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, identify and address potential concerns

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies

  • Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and reporting

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

  • Attends scheduled shifts and is available to work flexible hours as needed

Requirements

  • 0 years of experience, with a valid nursing license (RN or LPN) and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
