SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Canton, MA. We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers for part-time opportunities with short-hour shifts. First and second shift positions are available on both weekdays and weekends.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

  • Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

  • Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

  • Follow individual care plans and daily routines

  • Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

  • Able to commit to the agreed-upon schedule

Caregivers may be responsible for approximately 8–10 residents at a time, depending on resident needs and the assignment. Responsibilities may vary throughout the shift.
