About the Role:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Nursing Operations: Manage the day-to-day nursing activities, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care assignments.
• Provide Clinical Direction: Offer guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring quality care that aligns with our standards and exceeds resident expectations.
• Monitor Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments, including therapy, rehabilitation, and care management, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years as an ADON in a Nursing Home
• Level of Education: BSN
