Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Provide physical support and assistance with mobility, transfers, and exercising

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and behavior

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

  • Support residents with mealtime assistance, including feeding and hydration

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
