How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Execute nursing interventions and carry out physician orders in strict compliance with organizational standards and clinical protocols.
- Develop, implement, and track individualized patient care plans while documenting and reporting status changes in real time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across all healthcare disciplines to ensure cohesive, well-integrated patient care.
- Evaluate post-care needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate smooth patient transitions and discharge continuity.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
