Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Opelika, Montgomery. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care and companionship to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction
Perform essential tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining a focus on dignity and respect
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to promote independence and well-being
Monitor and report changes in client condition, including falls, injuries, or illnesses, to ensure timely and appropriate interventions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
Ability to provide transportation for clients as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift, bend, and move light to moderate weight (up to 50 pounds)
