Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor at Cedar Lake Wellness & Rehab, you will play a critical role in leading our nursing team on weekends and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. As a seasoned RN, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility, provide guidance and mentorship to our nursing staff, and promote a culture of excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee the weekend nursing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the highest level of care for patients

  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Communications: Serve as a liaison between the nursing team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care

  • Staff Development: Mentor and develop the skills of our nursing staff, promoting a culture of education, innovation, and teamwork

  • Operations: Manage the daily operations of the facility, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing your clinical expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Texas

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of 'direct' and 'indirect' patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed. You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
