SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Medfield, MA. We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home support. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

  • Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

  • Follow individual care plans and daily routines

  • Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

  • Able to work the agreed-upon shift schedule

Now Hiring - Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) This Certified Home Health Aide will be responsible for, but not limited to: Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
