SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Braintree, MA. We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized support to clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts to fit different schedules.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Follow individual care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Able to work the agreed-upon shift schedule
