We’re currently hiring dependable caregivers who are ready to support older adults in our community. Whether you’re seeking part-time hours or looking to add extra shifts to your schedule, we offer flexibility that works around your availability.

Hours: Varies by clients

Location: Port Clinton and surrounding area

What You'll Do:

  • Personal care and daily living support

  • Running errands or providing transportation

  • Light housekeeping and laundry


What We Offer:

  • Pay at $17 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling

  • $500 referral bonus

  • Mileage reimbursement when running errands for the client

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and one other form of identification

  • Vehicle with valid auto insurance

  • Some caregiving experience

POSITION OVERVIEW The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. Key Responsibilities Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds. Answer residents call lights promptly. Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
