Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Double Weekend Shift

About the Role:

As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your duties will include:

Assisting with patient assessments, treatments, and medications
Administering injections, vaccinations, and other medications as prescribed by physicians
Providing wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed
Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the registered nurse
Participating in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
