Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN or LVN to join our Weekend Shift team at Brentwood Place Three, a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Dallas, Texas. As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of warmth and caring.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse range of residents, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or illness

  • Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation/nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes and improved quality of life

  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policies

  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and post-discharge instructions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs to ensure continuous growth and improvement
