About the Role:

  • As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.

  • You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and provide medical treatments as needed.

  • You will also educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient health and wellness.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.

  • Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, and treatment administration.

  • Document patient information, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
