About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA with Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and progress
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Promoting a positive and respectful environment that supports the dignity and well-being of our residents
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education and experience in a related field may be considered
