Our skilled nursing facility believe leadership in nursing means more than managing—it means inspiring. We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight shifts with confidence, professionalism, and heart.

This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys mentoring staff, and is committed to delivering excellent care in a fast-paced skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

We are seeking a Monday-Friday 11A-7P RN Supervisor

What You’ll Do as RN Supervisor

  • Oversee nursing staff and daily operations to ensure quality resident care.

  • Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nurses and CNAs.

  • Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

  • Respond promptly to resident or family concerns with professionalism and compassion.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

What We’re Looking For in RN Supervisor

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PA

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

  • A compassionate, resident-first approach to care.
