What You'll Do:

As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide personalized assistance with daily activities, helping clients live with dignity and comfort at home. Your tasks may include:

  • Helping clients move safely within their home

  • Providing light housekeeping (dishes, vacuuming, laundry, etc.)

  • Preparing nourishing meals and snacks

  • Assisting with dressing, bathing, grooming, and hygiene

  • Offering medication reminders

  • Accompanying clients to appointments or errands

  • Supporting mobility and range-of-motion exercises

  • Providing engaging companionship – chatting, music, puzzles, and more

Who You Are:

Assist residents with daily oral care, i.e., brushing teeth/dentures, oral hygiene, etc., as directed. POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment plan, with current federal, state and local standards and regulations that govern the facility, and as directed by your supervisors.
