Novant Health is hiring Registered Nurses for Day-shift opportunities at Hilton Head Medical Center in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

We are seeking current or previous travel nurses who have worked with Novant Health who are interested in joining our 90 Day Temporary Assignment Program in the effort to convert to a permanent position after the assignment is completed.  

 
  • Schedule: PRN, 0.1 FTE, Day Shift, 7:00am – 7:00pm. Will be assigned a three 12-hour shift rotation every week for 13 weeks (about 90 days).

Temp Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit Full Time Days Job Summary:

Temp Assignment Based RNs are experienced, proficient nurses within their specialty (medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency or women's services) responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. These RNs are temporarily assigned to one unit for a designated number of weeks based on needs of the system. These RNs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in any Novant Health location.

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.   
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.   
  • Current valid South Carolina nursing license required.   
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.  
  • Two consecutive years within defined specialty required. 
  • Current / previous employment as a travel nurse working with Novant Health.
