SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Weymouth, MA. We are looking for caring, responsible individuals who are committed to providing personalized in-home support and helping clients maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts for caregivers with different schedules and availability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

  • Follow individualized care plans and established routines

  • Report client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Patient, compassionate, and dependable

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a client's home
