Qualified Candidates:

Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure
Prior experience is required
Schedule: Monday through Friday, no call responsibilities
Practice at a Level II Trauma Center, managing acute trauma and acute care general surgery patients with primarily inpatient/floor coverage
No operating room responsibilities
Work closely with a dedicated trauma surgery team, including 24-hour on-site physician support
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as the APP will serve as the sole advanced practice provider on the service and must be comfortable independently managing patient care
