Key Responsibilities

As an HHA, you will:

Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help residents transfer and move safely.
Assist residents with meals and daily activities.
Provide toileting and incontinence care.
Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Follow care plans and facility policies.
Communicate residents’ needs or changes in condition to the appropriate staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.

HHA Qualifications & Skills

Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification recognized by the New Jersey Department of Health.
Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assist residents with daily living activities.
Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
