Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will:

  • Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily activities.

  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

  • Turn and reposition residents who require assistance.

  • Respond to resident calls and requests, providing comfort and care.

  • Communicate observations about resident conditions to nursing staff and supervisors.

  • Accurately document care using forms, logs, and reports.

  • Follow facility policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Participate in ongoing CNA training and follow facility standards.

  • Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting your team.

CNA Qualifications & Skills

  • Active New Jersey CNA Certification.

  • Knowledge of nursing care and resident safety standards.

  • Friendly and professional bedside manner.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and observational skills.

  • Understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities in resident care.
