Current Openings and Service Areas

We do our best to connect caregivers with clients near their preferred work locations to help minimize travel time and accommodate their schedules. Whenever possible, we aim to offer assignments within an approximately 15–20-minute commute.

We are currently hiring Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for immediate opportunities throughout Central Los Angeles, including:

• Mid-Wilshire and Beverly Grove — ZIP Codes 90036 and 90048

• Koreatown and Wilshire Center — ZIP Codes 90005, 90010, and 90020

• Hancock Park and Larchmont Village — ZIP Code 90004

Your Responsibilities

As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical assistance that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.

Your duties may include:

• Offering companionship and encouraging social interaction

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping

• Providing medication reminders

• Maintaining respectful, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members

• Ensuring dependable care by arriving on time and following assigned schedules

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to register

• Current TB clearance

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Ability to successfully complete the required background check
