As a Home Caregiver with Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals, providing companionship, personal care, and homemaking services to our clients. Our Caregivers play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and professional care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Engage in conversation, play games, and participate in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal care
Perform light lifting, bending, and transferring to assist clients with mobility and daily activities
Maintain accurate records of client care, admissible and medications
Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Home Health Aide or equivalent preferred
