Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, including but not limited to: vital signs, baths, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including sanitation and organization of patient rooms and common areas

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and standards

  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering compassionate and patient-centered care

Requirements:

  • Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willing to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent patient care and a positive patient experience
