Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway as a Same Day Provider. As a Same Day Nurse Practitioner, you will provide timely, patient-centered care for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent health concerns in an outpatient setting. Working collaboratively with physicians and care teams, you will help ensure patients receive prompt access to care while supporting continuity and coordination of treatment.
