Your Role as a CNA:
You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

  • Providing Personalized Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.

  • Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New York.

Assist resident to participate in individual activities of choice, (i.e.: set up of equipment, positioning assistance, providing sufficient lighting and space). PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA): Requires movement throughout entire unit. Must be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
