About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior
• Assist with medication administration, as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
