Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with nutrition and hydration, including feeding and hydration as needed
Observe and report changes in resident condition, including any unusual behavior or concerns
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and interactions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
