Helping Hearts USA LLC seeks compassionate, dependable, experienced caregivers to provide quality in-home care and support to seniors and individuals who need help with daily living.

Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time & PRN
Shifts: Days & Overnights
Shift Lengths: 2–12 hours
Weekends: Availability may be required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.

  • Assist with meals, hydration, and medication reminders.

  • Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and memory-related conditions.

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and bedbound care as qualified.

  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.

  • Monitor clients’ well-being and report changes or safety concerns.

  • Complete accurate documentation and follow care plans.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional caregiving or related experience.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Compassion, patience, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Ability to complete required background checks and drug screening.

  • Reliable transportation and, when required for the assignment, a valid driver's license and insurance.

  • Ability to safely perform assigned duties.

Experience with dementia, transfers, Hoyer lifts, bedbound clients, and overnight care is a plus.

Important Expectations

  • Arrive on time and complete accepted shifts.

  • Remain awake and attentive throughout overnight shifts.

  • Follow care plans, safety procedures, and company policies.

  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.

  • Complete required training and documentation.
