We are looking for the right people to make a difference in someone life. We have part-time, morning, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend work available for any qualified person looking to join a company that values their care team in Chester County.

 

Pay Rate

 We pay a competitive rate of up to $18 per hour depending on experience

and client care needs.

 Touching Hearts at Home is a premier in-home companion/personal care resource in Chester County every year since 2015 based on caregiver & client satisfaction ratings. We bring vital caregiving and companionship to our client’s home, making it possible for older adults and those living with disabilities to remain at home, wherever that may be. Our service empowers them to age in place while upholding their dignity and independence in the comfort of home. We take pride in our Care Team as reliable, dependable, and compassionate individuals who take pride in assisting others to remain independent in their homes.

What We Do

 Care needs vary with each client. Our team works with our client and their family to develop a personalized Care Plan that meets their individual care needs for every client. The Care Plan might include assisting client with transfers, meal preparation, transportation, and/or light housekeeping.
