  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs as needed

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication

How you make a difference The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in patient care by contributing to the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
