Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse, or LPN, to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you will help provide high-quality, compassionate care while creating a warm and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Both newly licensed and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders and facility policies

Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date clinical documentation

Direct and support the daily responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants

Collaborate with nurses, providers, residents, and families

Promote an atmosphere of dignity, optimism, warmth, and sincere concern

Follow all safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Current and valid nursing license

Current CPR and IV certifications

Ability to learn and navigate PointClickCare

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

Commitment to providing excellent resident care and customer service
