Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and nursing interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff and support staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid nursing license (RN) as required by state regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU clinical nursing experience required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
