Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our night shift team at Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Supervise and direct care staff, ensuring proper care is provided and regulatory standards are met

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to monitor and improve patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse

  • LTC/SNF experience preferred
