About the Role:

As a Per Diem RN Weekend Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term care. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising Per Diem nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Coordinating patient care with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Supporting identify-specific services and providing exceptional care to our patients
Participating in patient education and counseling, as needed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

Current RN license and pending certifications, as required
2 years of experience as an RN Supervisor in a Skilled nursing Facility, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices
