Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medication and provide emotional support to clients
Document client care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
