Job Summary:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare in Bedford, NH, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our caregivers are essential members of our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Promote independence and autonomy for clients, while also providing necessary support and guidance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
